The Bournemouth Cycling Centre will be running a Beginner and accreditation sessions this Sunday 2-4 pm. The cost is £10 per rider (including bike hire – it’s £7 if you bring your own track bike). 

This, as the name suggests, is a session for riders new to the track and is your gateway to a whole brace of other sessions and activities at the track. If you are an inexperienced track rider and intending on racing, these sessions are mandatory. 

If you want to ride, and need a bike, please be there a good half hour- twenty minutes before 2pm to allow time to sort everything out. 

We have pedals that kit either Look Keo or Shimano SPD pedals, as well as toe clips for everybody else.
