The next round of the GDW time trial series takes place on Wednesday 29th at the new Stour Provost course, starting at 1845.  The meeting point will be the layby just South of the Stour Provost crossroads on the B3092.  This is also the starting point of the tt.  Parking is extremely limited so please make an effort to cycle over or use the Todber layby about half a mile further along the course.  As well as timekeepers and a pusher-off, this course requires three marshals along the route.  Any volunteers for marshalling duties will be greatly appreciated.

On the subject of marshalling –

If there aren’t enough marshals in place, (the Wyke course has to have at least two, Stour Provost three and Bruton six),  then our events cannot be run.  In this instance, competing riders who have not already carried out marshalling duties will have their names put in a hat and picked out until all vacant marshal positions are filled.
