Adam Baker and James Foster taking on the challenging and competitive Winchester Criterium on Sunday.  The race kicked off at a fast and furious pace, with Adam and James on the back foot from poor gridding. They worked hard and put all there bike handling skills to good use, soon finding themselves mixing it at the front.  The race was now lined out and, with the proverbial elastic stretched thin, it began breaking up.  Both riders were going well and started to settle into there own rhythm.  The frantic early pace was starting to take its toll on some riders as they started blowing up on the long drag to the start finish line. Unfortunately James suffered a puncture around 15 mins into the race.  Adam continued to chase the small breakaway eventually bridging the gap with a big solo effort and made the junction with a few laps to spare.  The high pace continued and Adam positioned himself well to take 4th place.
