The Gillingham Wheelers Race Team for 2016 has now been finalised with an exciting selection of new faces and some established riders. Mark Geddes remains team manager, assisted by Charles Rees as Club Road Captain.
Maddie Howden, Josh Reiley and Harry Charles have graduated the Gillingham Wheelers Youth Accademy as first year juniors.
Craig Brownhill, Adrian Riddleston and Jack Whitehouse have joined giving strength and diversity to the line up, while stalwarts local racing James Foster, Adam Baker and James Hywel-Davies remain from 2015.
The team have been busy training 10hrs a week following bike fits and power testing curtesy of Wheels of Dorset, Station Road, Gillingham. This year riders are working to coaching and strength programmes to develop and maximise their competitive cycling.
