The club successfully ran their first cycling road race on Sunday, a big thank you to everyone who helped out at the event as it wouldn’t have possible without you. Link to photos I took around the circuit. Thanks to Wheels of Dorset for support the event and supplying prizes, also to Vale Motors for the use of the car to lead the riders round the circuit. The event went smoothly and I’ve had loads of messages of thanks to pass on to everyone who helped out. Quote from the Chief Comm, the marshals were brilliant, quote from riders – great circuit hope you do it again next year. Charles Rees was first GDW rider, but was ably supported by the rest of the club race team.
