The Gillingham Wheelers Annual Dinner and Awards evening will take place at 7.00 pm on Saturday 30th November at the Arthur Morison Memorial Hall, Cucklington, BA9 9PY.
The menu for the evening is:-
Starter: Butternut squash soup, or traditional prawn cocktail, or caramelised onion and goat’s cheese tartlets. All served with bread roll and butter.
Main Course: Crisp belly pork on a bed of colcannon, or lamb tagine and cous cous, or fisherman’s pie (which contains shellfish). All served with three seasonal vegetables, roast and new potatoes.
Dessert: Trio of mini puddings – lemon torte, red berry pavlova and warm chocolate brownie, or selection of cheeses – cheddar, brie and stilton – with celery, grapes and crackers.
Tea or Coffee
Special dietary requirements will also be catered for – please note these on the Booking Form.
This is a BYO event and there will not be a bar on the night.
Tickets are £28-00 per head and you can book your place by completing the Booking Form and ensuring your payment is made by Monday 4th November. Payment can be by Cheque, Bank Transfer or by using some of your Volunteer Rewards Scheme points.
