Remember the GDW AGM is this Thursday 13th November at 7.15 pm at North Dorset RFC! Please make the effort to attend.
After some Friday rain, Saturday appears to be dry, calm and mild.
The Pink and Blue routes head out to Stalbridge and Holwell where they briefly split. The Pink route continues to Glanvilles Wootton and Pulham before rejoining the Blue route at Kings Stag. Both routes then go to Higher Ansty, Bulbarrow and onto Blandford (with a possible coffee stop at the Black Cactus). The return is through Bryanston and Child Okeford.
The White Route heads through Marnhull to Bagber, then Glue Hill and Okefords Fitzpaine and Child, and onto the Steepleton Bends. A possible coffee stop is The Writers Block at Clayesmore School, before tackling the short hill from Bedchester to Hatgrove on the way home.
Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshments.
There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
