The John Holman memorial race took place today (17th Aug) with 59 riders on the start line, John’s widow Sue and her daughter Holly were present to wish the riders good luck and they all gave a toast to John by raising their Bidons.
The top three riders were
1 Scott Redding MUC-OFF-SRCT-STORCK
2 Oscar Hoult Defined Cycling Team
3 Hamish Johnstone
Thanks to all the Accredited Marshals, BC Officials, NEG, club helpers and the Medical team who were fairly busy due to a few crashes however there were no serious injuries.
