A breezy but reasonably warm evening greeted the 12 riders who signed on for Round 6 of the 2025 Series on the 10 mile Gillingham course.
Sam Thompson (22:42) was just ahead of Shawn Gray (22:46) with Phillip Pearce (23:44) third and fastest on a road bike. Josh Day (25:04) was just ahead of Michael Sleeman (25:15) in the other road bike standings. Jilly Wallace was quickest female.
Next week sees a second outing on the 19 mile Bruton course, with sign on at the Old Mill Business Estate, Station Road, Bruton BA10 0EH at 6.30 pm, first rider off at 7.00 pm.
