Sprint-rep Sunday this week has riders taking it slightly easier for bits as Vince will be suing it as a recovery ride from his racing in Taunton the previous day. We will encourage you to use the hills and rises to put in some digs, but you may have to soft very softly to allow the group to get back together.

We’ll head off from Wheels in Gillingham at 9:30 (sharp) and make our way to Redlynch, Sparkford before heading back to Gillingham via South Cadbury for a 2-2.5-hour session.
