This Saturday looks to be dry up until noon ish and then rain is coming in. This weeks routes are a bit shorter than usual to hopefully get back before the rain arrives. Feel free to add some extra miles/Kms on if its still dry when you get back

There are 3 routes on offer and they all head south this week. Each route has options for a coffee stop at King’s Stag

All routes head to Sturminster Newton via East Stour and Todber, the pinks then head over Bulbarow towards Puddletown before turning and heading back via the Piddle Valley and King’s Stag. The Blues head to Piddletrentide via Mappowder and Plush and then head for King’s Stag. The Whites take a more direct route to King’s Stag. For those that want some refreshments the Uno Bakery at King’s Stag is open for cakes and coffee. The Blues and Pinks then return via Marnhull and Fifehead Magdalen, the Whites head through Holwell abd then on to Fifehaed Magdalen

Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshments.

There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
