Unless the forecasters have been on the magic mushrooms, Saturday is not forecast to be freezing cold, pouring with rain or blowing a gale! It is due to be mild and dry until early afternoon! So back to three routes this week.

The Pink and Blue routes head towards Mere and across to Bourton, Redlynch and onto Castle Cary. The westerly theme continues to Lydford-on-Fosse where the routes turn south and head for Sparkford and Queen Camel, returning via Charlton Hawthorne and Templedoom.

The White route is a cut down version of the other routes, taking the Milton on Stour road to Bourton and a more direct route to Sparkford.

Meet at 9.30 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshments.

There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
