Saturday seems to be the transition day, from the freeze of the last two weeks to warmer and wetter weather next week. There is a fresh breeze from the south so all three routes head off in a generally southerly direction so we can be blown home!

The Pink and White routes head to Glanvilles Wootton where the White route turns back to Kings Stag and Hazelbury before returing via Sturminster and Marnhull.

The Pink route continues over Lyons Gate and down the Cerne valley to Charlton Down, The return is via Piddles hinton and trenthide and then onto Hazelbury and Sturminster.

The Blue route heads out through Stalbridge, Kings Stag and Duntish and then picks up the Pink route in Piddletrenthide.

The rides all end at the Old Brewery Cafe and Kitchen for coffee, cake, or brunch.

Meet at 9.30 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshement.

There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
