The ghosts and gouls have had their night, and the pyrothechnicians are preparing theirs. November is upon us and starts with overnight rain, possible showers and a stiff breeze. And some people think autumn is the best season in which to cycle?!!
All three routes make their way to Sherborne this week via Charlton Hawthorne. The Blue and Pink routes add on an extra loop towards Bradford Abbas, and then the routes head back through Staunton Caundle, with The Spire Cafe a possible refreshment stop.
Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshments.
There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
Remember the AGM is on Thursday 13th November at 7.15 pm at North Dorset RFC!
