Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, your intrepid ride leader, namely me, can’t be with you on Sunday.  But please feel free to follow the route round and enjoy the ride, there is a supermarket (Somerfields I believe) just on the way out of Bridgewater, which I was going to use for a re-fuel stop but there are plenty of places around the route if this isn’t convenient.  Sorry I can’t be there but to all that do ride, have a great, if somewhat showery, day.

I will be riding this route again later in the ‘summer'(!), possibly August, when I return from abroad.
Calling all distance riders, on 8 Jul there will be a ride out to the west and back again taking in Glastonbury, the Somerset levels, Someton, and the back of the Stour TT course.  A total distance of just over 101 miles.

The growing success of the Winter 50 reliability ride is showing that you like your distance so this is a chance to take that next step on and do a ton!
There is no fee for this ride as it is effectively a self-guided ride, though a link to the scouted route can be found here.
Intention is to set off from Wheels at 9:30 AM to be back mid-afternoon, with a mid-ride stop off in Bridgewater for some calories.
Hope to see you there.
