Rumour has it that Spring has started, but no one has told whoever controls the thermometer! It is however the time creatures come out from hibernation! Once again there are 3 routes and all initially head north to Gare Hill. The White route heads to Nunney and Leigh on Mendip, returning via Upton Noble and the Brewhams. The Blue and Pink routes head to Frome then taking different routes to Vobster. They return via Cranmore and Bruton.

Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials. Riders can choose whether to finish at The Feed Station or Cafe Corsa, for coffee, cake and a catch up.

Pink Route: 85.8 kms, 1,057 m elevation – est speed 28 kmh / 17.5 mph +

Blue Route: 71.8 km,915 m elevation – est speed 24 kmh / 15 mph

White Route: 64.6 km 818 m elevation – est speed 20 kmh / 12 mph

All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability! There is obviously nothing stopping a faster group doing a shorter route or a slower group doing a longer route if they wish!

For those who have issues downloading their routes, here’s the guide for a Garmin device and here’s the guide for a Wahoo device.
