Kim Little won the second of the two fourth category races at Ludgershall on Saturday.  The race was held in freezing temperatures and snow, and by the end of 30 minute plus three laps event most riders were unable to change gear due to their bikes’ cassettes being blocked up with snow.  Kim left the others behind with a couple of laps to go in a bid to get a clear road as conditions worsened and stayed away to win.  What was left of the rest came in shortly after him, with Offcamber rider Ben Gritton in fifth and Yeovil CC’s Kurtis Rowe in seventh.

The earlier fourth cat race also had several retirements and ended in a bunch sprint, Liam Teesdale was 12th and James Chant riding for Offcamber 18th.  The rest of the races were cancelled.
