The Gillingham and District Wheelers Annual General Meeting will take place at 7.15 pm on Thursday 13th November 2025 at North Dorset RFC, Slaughtergate, Gillingham, SP8 5SY.
Mark Harvey is stepping down as Chairman, and John Phillips is stepping down from the Committee. Ben Day has offered to take on the role of Chairman, unless someone else steps forward. We still do not have anyone in the important Publicity role, (someone who is active on Facebook and ideally Instagram too). It would also be really helpful if someone from the White Group would join the Committee as they have not been represented for a while now.
If anyone wishes to join the Committee for 2026, please email me. We hold 6-7 committee meetings each year, and would hope you are a pro-active member of the Club.
IT IS YOUR CLUB so it is important that as many members attend the meeting as possible. You are not being asked to give up much of your time – last year the meeting took around an hour and a half.

And finally a reminder that the membership year ties in with the calendar year so membership fees will fall due on 1st January 2026.
