This Saturday is looking a bit cooler than the last few days still warm and sunny with a gentle Northerly wind.

There are 3 routes on offer, and all head to the north towards Frome, the Whites then head for Victoria Park in Frome for a coffee stop at Victoria Park cafe. The Blue and Pink routes then head through Frome to Wolverton. At Wolverton the blues then head to Rode for a coffee stop at the Rode Store and cafe and then return back via Rudge, Chapmanslade, Coxley, Longleat and Maiden Bradley.

The Pink route continues to Farleigh Hungerford and on to Bradford on Avon with several cafe options just over the River Avon bridge, if they don’t want a coffee stop they can turn right after Lower Westwood on the B3109 towards Wingfield and back to Rode where they will pick up the Blue road back to Gillingham. Hopefully there are no Gravel sections on any of the routes this week.

Meet at 9.00 am at Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshments.

There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
