Although a dry night and a sunny Saturday are forecast, it does look like parts of the area will get an overnight frost, so do take care on any damp shady roads!
For the Pink and Blue Groups it’s a classic Piddle Valley run down to the edge of Puddletown and back up through Cheselbourne, Ansty, Hazelbury and Sturminster. The White Route goes to the head of the Piddle Valley at Buckland Newton and then across to Mappowder and Hazelbury before heading for home.
Meet at 9.30 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshments.
There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
