A grey and breezy evening greeted a field of 9 riders for Round 13 on the Bruton 19 mile course. All the riders bar Vince Hounsome paced their rides perfectly to hit a green ride on the temporary traffic lights in Zeals, but Vince was credited with the time he was stationary.
Josh Day (46:47) was fastest ahead of Michael Sleeman (48:37), Nigel Brown (51:09) and Will Wilson (52:12), all on their road bikes, with Vince being fastest on a TT bike. Jilly Wallace was again fastest woman.
Next week is scheduled for the 10 mile Sturminster Newton course. Sign on at by Olives et al, North Dorset Business Park, Sturminster at 6.30 pm, first rider off at 7.00 pm.
