Another week with a course change, this time from Sturminster to Gillingham due to the over-running of the roadworks at the bottom of Cox Hill. It was a warm evening with a tail wind on the way to Mere. Alastair Luxford (22.30) was fastest ahead of Rich White (24:12) and Innes Wright (26:26). Angela Jamieson was fastest lady and Mark Harvey quickest on a road bike.
There has now been a change at the top of the Championship leaderboard with Alastair taking over top spot from Mark Jacobs. James Howell maintains his lead in the road bike category as we enter the last few rounds.
Next week we are due to use the Stour Provost 10 course, the last 10 miler of the season (with the 2-Up due the following week and then three 6 milers to finish the season). Please do check for any course changes beforehand though! Sign on will be at 6.30 pm and the first rider will start at 7.00 pm.
