Sprint-rep Sunday this week has riders taking turns trying to get away from the group and then transitioning into sets of chasing back onto the group (together with some zone 2 recoveries).

We’ll head off from Wheels in Gillingham at 9:30 (sharp) and make our way to Redlynch, Sparkford before heading back to Gillingham via South Cadbury for a 2-2.5-hour session.
