Sprint-rep Sunday transitions back to sprints and a bit of chain-gang.
We’ll head off from Wheels in Gillingham at 9:30 (sharp) and make our way along the B3092 to the Todber junction and then do anti-clockwise loops via W Orchard, Guy’s Marsh and Stour Row. Riders get the chance to launch sprints of different distances, separated by Z2 recoveries plus some sections of chain gang. We’ll then head back to Gillingham for a 2-2.5-hour session.
