Sprint-rep Sunday transitions to long hill climb Sunday (with a couple of punchy ones on the way).

We’ll head off from Wheels in Gillingham at 9:30 (sharp) and make our way to the the airfield at Compton Abbas (via Motcombe, Shaftesbury and Spreadeagle Hill). We will then do anti-clockwise loops of Ashmore, Win Green and the airfield – targeting the long climb to Ashmore and its gentler continuation up to the Win Green junction with plenty of Z2 recovery in between. We’ll then head back to Gillingham for a 2.5-hour session.
