Sprint-rep Sunday transitions to sprint-rep/hill climb Sunday. Yet more double benefits.

We’ll head off from Wheels in Gillingham at 9:30 (sharp) group riding and sprinting to the hills of Stoke Trister and Cucklington. We’ll then descend to recover on the flats of Marsh, before looping back up (more than once) before heading home to Gillingham. Punchy.
