Stuff what happened on a bike in the shire in early March...

Dean Robson of Northover VT/Rudy Project took a convincing win in the Gillingham Wheelers Hilly Open 19. He clocked and impressive 42.23 to take the win from local fast man Rob Pears (Bath CC) with Matt Griffin of Cycloogy Bikes rounding out the podium.
Shawn Gray was first Gillingham Wheeler home in 45.40 for 10th.

Jack Whitehouse and Tristram More-Molyneux started there 2017 season at the Odd Down Circuit in Bath. Both in the mix all race, Tristram scored 11th place after a great team effort.

Sunday saw the monthly club ladies ride from the shop. They enjoyed mild and showery 35 miles through the lanes for coffee and cake at stourhead  cafe. All ladies welcome on future rides, keep an eye out for future dates in the Blackmore Vale Magazine, on the club website and the club's Facebook page.
