Swindon RC held their 10 mile Open time trial last weekend, held on the A417 Cricklade/Ashton Keynes course.  There have been all sorts of problems on this course this year in its various guises of 10, 25, 50 and 100 mile distances so this event went ahead with the organisers reversing the usual route.  Charles Rees finished in 19th place with a fast time of 21.32, Don Tanner finishing with 25.38 for 82nd.

The weekly evening criterium races at Moreton run by The League International have now finished.  Of the various Wheelers who have been down there to take part in these races, Jerry Cooper picked up a 5th place finish in round 12, Josh Day got a 5th in round 4, 7th in the opening race and 9th in round 9 while Kim Little came home 7th in race two.

Mike Smith picked up some more 3rd Cat points with a sprint finish into 5th place at last week's Castle Combe evening race.  There is just one more race left at Castle Combe, Thursday 11th with races from 1900  while there are two more to go at Ludgershall on the 8th and 15th.
