Results are here The 2012/13 Gillingham Wheelers mountain bike series is here again and starts with a night race on October 13th. Vince Hounsome has been sorting things out with the various factions which run Alfred's Tower Woods and now has permission for the races will be held there again. NB There is restrictions on using the woods this year. We have to wash off the bikes and spray with disinfectant before leaving as there is a fungus in some parts of the woods that they do not want spreading to other woods. Therefore wash off facilities and disinfectant will be provided - please ensure you wash your bike before leaving the event. The races will need marshals, timekeepers and people to put out and gather signs so if you can help out with any of this then please let Vince know cyclevince2011@gmail.com Sat 13th Oct 7.00pm night race - hopefully we will have another BBQ after the evening event (weather dependent).

For this, please have a good set of lights and a back up light,as getting lost in the woods with no light would not be fun. Also for this event it might be a good idea to get there in time to ride the course when it is still light. All the other events are at the usual time. 9.30 start I have attached a entry form, you can either email it to me and sign it on the day or just bring it along with you.
